College of Health Sciences, KNUST being a leading college committed to training health and biomedical professionals in Ghana, the study of relevant health technology is an essential part of the training programme. High quality, state-of-the-art programmes and the embracing of future technologies are highly valued. The College staff value experiential instruction using modern laboratories and appropriate community settings to develop knowledge and skills. Also, the College of Health Sciences, KNUST, through intellectual inquiry, exploration, and application, will continually strive to break new grounds in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science and Technology to contribute towards the socio-economic development of Ghana and Africa. Graduates from the College are on high demand in the health sector. Jobs are readily available for all health professionals trained in the college. Majority of the graduates are absorbed by the formal sector while some go into private practice after some years in public service.
