| The College of Health Sciences (CHS) was established in 2005 in line with the restructuring of the University into the collegiate system to allow for greater academic and administrative autonomy. The CHS emerged from the former Faculty of Pharmacy and the School of Medical Sciences, which had existed separately until then.
