College of Health Sciences donates to COHHETI
The College of Health Sciences, KNUST (CHS) on the 15th October 2021 donated 10,000ghc to the Conference of Heads of Health Training Institutions (COHHETI) in support of their 14th Annual General Meeting.
COHHETI is a non-profit association committed to providing leadership for academic and professional excellence in training quality health professionals for quality healthcare delivery. COHHETI holds Annual General Meeting and Scientific Sessions to inform decisions for better planning of Ministry of Health Training institutions (HTIs) in Ghana.
In a brief presentation, Professor Christian Agyare (Provost, CHS) presented a cheque of 10,000ghc to COHHETI on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor of KNUST and the Management of the College of Health Sciences. “Based on our mutual relationship, we believe this will foster our partnership to a higher level,” he said.
The president of COHHETI, Monica Nkrumah on behalf of the Association and Ministry of Health expressed gratitude to the KNUST and the College Health of Sciences for their support. She stated this gesture will go a long way to help them pull off a successful Annual General Meeting.
