CHS Clinical Heads and teaching staff tours the KNUST Teaching Hospital Site
The Provost, Clinical Heads and some teaching staff of the College of Health Sciences toured the KNUST Teaching Hospital Site on the 13th April 2022 to inspect the progress of work on the construction.
KNUST Teaching Hospital Site is located at the Boadi Medical Enclave and is currently undergoing its first phase of construction. Phase one is a 187-bed capacity with Pediatric wards, Private and general wards, Out Patient Departments, Emergency Units, Intensive care units, laboratories, Blood Donation departments, Radiology departments, Intensive Care Units, and Maternity and ante-natal units.
The facility will serve as a teaching site for students from the College of Health Sciences, equipping them with hands-on clinical training and providing quality health care services to the university community and its environs.
