The College of Health Sciences (CHS) at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) recently held an insightful two-day workshop aimed at equipping newly appointed Deans and Heads of Departments (HODs) with the tools and knowledge necessary for their leadership responsibilities. The event, which took place on January 9th and 10th, 2025, in the College Board Room, provided an opportunity for participants to sharpen their administrative and academic management skills.

The main objective of the workshop was to strengthen the leadership capacities of the Deans and HODs, enabling them to manage their departments efficiently and contribute to the continued growth of the College.
